Il programma dei corsi in collaborazione con ACCADEMIA comprende formazione di livelli da base a professionale per i settori i BARISTA e BREWER.
I contenuti sono conformi ai programmi formativi SCA e al termine di ogni corso è possibile accedere all'esame ufficiale, che dà diritto alla Certificazione Internazionale SCA del livello raggiunto.
Oltre ai contenuti base i moduli sono ricchi di ulteriori approfondimenti e spunti che derivano dalla esperienza personale e da costanti aggiornamenti in merito a temi di interesse e valore.

The program of courses in collaboration with ACCADEMIA includes training from basic to professional levels for BARISTA and BREWERS.
The contents comply with the SCA training programs and at the end of each course it is possible to access the official exam, which entitles you to the SCA International Certification of the level reached.
In addition to the basic contents, the modules are full of further insights and ideas that derive from personal experience and constant updates on topics of interest and value.
